Broadly, the difference in between money and wealth is the difference between tangibles and intangibles.
Money is cash in hand or assets in bank etc. It is what you can trade for some goods or services.
On the other hand, wealth is an umbrella term that goes much beyond money or cash or assets. It includes intangibles such as knowledge (technical/technological), insight (vision/strategy) and on a very broader sense - peace of mind too. Wealth signifies richness in all terms, not just money.

Money is an instrument that circulate in a particular country. like the Philippine Peso. Wealth is the fruits of all the efforts you did. But, we cannot say that wealth is a form of money. We can also say that our talent, health, intelligence, and other good characteristics of a human person is a good example of wealth. In terms of politics, they can say that their money, and standard of living are wealth.

wealth is different bacause wealthy means having all the essentials and more to be happy and healthy. money is what you buy things with, some things can bring you wealth, altho, wealth is measured in happiness.

money is in monetry terms it can be calculated exactly unless human psychology interfear i.e not giving proper income abt ppl.n wealth means all real as well as monetry assets like cow ,land ,gold,shares ,bonds etc wealth is in broad terms n money is narrow terms n wealth does not lead to development of the economy
