Did you just read a book on that called "The Berkuit"? I did. At the end, Stalin's men had captured Hitler. Hitler was kept in a cage where he couldn't stand up straight, lay down straight, or sit up straight. Only one person fed him 2 times a day, but didn't say anything to Hitler. No one cleaned up after Hitler while he was in the cage. No change of clothes, no grooming, no toilet, etc. When Stalin was on his deathbed, Hitler was killed on his orders before he died.
Hard to imagine, but you never know.

Well ! Stalin wouldn't have not allowed to bring him live and take further chances. Still his fat was death.
