Nightmare on Elm street where they sing that song. 1, 2 freddie's after you. 3, 4 better lock your door. etc etc
It seems to go throught my head at the worst times, like when I'm alone and its dark. I really have an overactive imagination.

I love horror movies, so it was tough to come up with one that I thought was the scariest. But I'd have to say it's a tie between Jaws and Psycho. Anytime I go to the beach or hear a creepy noise outside the bathroom door, I think of those movies.
Last House on the Left (though dated) is another one.
Check out the site below for a great list of the films in Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments.

When I was a child, the movie that scared me the most was The Changeling. It is a spooky ghost story. It was released in 1980, with George C. Scott as the lead actor. Really scares me to this day.

The first Nightmare On Elm Street. I was 10 when I first saw it and I couldn't sleep at all that night. Now when I watch it I just laugh.
