We have 2 cellphones, free domestic LD, free roaming nationwide, free air time to any of 10 numbers anytime, free airtime to anyone weekends and after 7pm, and 1000 minutes of airtime to anyone else week-days. Approx $90 per month including all taxes, from Alltel. I've had Alltel for about 10 years & they are great!

I don't pay any monthly payments for my cell phone. It depends on how much you use your phone. I have a Nokia cell phone. It cost $15. and I just have to pay for the minutes. I think you have a year to use them up. I bought 250 minutes for I think it was $100, And when I set the phone up to use; they gave me 100 extra minutes. So I had 350 minutes for $100. I use some of the minutes for long distance and it's the same as using it locally. Minute for minute. You don't pay anything monthly. I love it. You can buy them at drug stores and at Walmart. I just got it in case of an emergency while out in my car or etc.
