For me it's "Love Song" by Third Day and "One Voice" by Billy Gilman.

And somehow "Let This Go" by Paramore gets me.

Wow, there are a lot.

For starters, I cry when I hear my national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner" if I am in any sort of crowd, which for me is more than about five people ;)

My brother died some years ago, and one of his friends who is in video production made a tribute tape for him. Two of the songs on it are songs I couldn't listen to for the longest time because it just hurt so bad. Now I just cry a bit when I hear them. One of them is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", but it's only the one by the Hawaiian guy--I don't know his name. It's used a lot in TV commercials and stuff. The other one is a song from Rent, called "Seasons of Love."

Other songs which tend to make me cry include:

"Superstar" by Sonic Youth (the original Carpenters version does nothing for me).

"The Long and Winding Road" by The Beatles

"If I Fell" by The Beatles

"Come Back to Me" by Big Country

"Slide Away" by Michael Hutchence

"Never Tear Us Apart" by INXS

"Precious" by Depeche Mode (There was a little girl murdered in our community last summer, and all I could think of while they were searching for her was that song--I listened to it over and over while they looked for her, because I was pretty sure she was dead. They found her body a couple of days after she went missing. Her neighbor had taken her, and after she died, he stuffed her in the basement like a piece of garbage.)

I will stop with the songs now, because I could go on all night. In addition to the above, there's a lot of classical and instrumental music that gets me every time. "Pictures at an Exhibition" by Mussorgsky always makes me cry, but it's because it's so beautiful--I can't believe that someone could write something that sounds like that, that they could have that type of music inside their head and have the courage to let it out.

"The Wind" - by Mariah Carey

Specially the first time I heard it on the radio - a day after the funeral of a loved one. ... Though, since then, associating the song with Mariah Carey's increasingly superficial and distasteful personally has, mercifully, diminished the effects.

The wind has taken you
You're free finally at peace
So still you lie
Leaving your cares behind

The pain is gone
Gone with the spirit in your eyes
Now you're wandering around
Above us
Looking downward
As we cry

You've flown into the wind
Escaping all the hurt within
Took to
To the sky
Leaving the world behind

So young to die
How could you let it all pass you by

And to the wind go so many dreams
That you held inside
Now you're just a memory
Burning in my mind

So young to die
How could you let life pass you by
And now you'll never know I loved you
And now you'll never know I cared

I really loved you
And now you'll never know

You'll only fade
Into the wind

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas by Judy Garland (NOT any covers of this song.. I think Frank Sinatra also sang it, but he changed the lyrics and and music a bit - his version is happier, but Garland's is the best)... anyways, it's from Meet Me in St. Louis... it's a Christmas song (obviously) but it's SO sad.

There's a few more, too, but this one makes me cry the most. =P
