Wow!!!Well,that is a very tough question,I mean how can you call Bush I leader????Has he lead the troop in battle???They Both encourage theirs followers into impossible odds,giving dense faith to those that believe them,they both order groups of fighters to kill and reek havoc on others for political and economic gains,they both plot to take over those who don't agree with their views.All in all,I would have to say that Bin laden doesn't spend Billions on his wars and take from other's to fund it(he gets his funds from Syria and Iran).
