Go see a psychiatrist because a psychiatrist is a physician who specializes in psychiatry and is certified in treating mental illness. In addition, as part of their evaluation of the patient, psychiatrists are one of only a few mental health professionals who may prescribe psychiatric medication, conduct physical examinations, order and interpret laboratory tests and electroencephalograms, and may order brain imaging studies such as computed tomography or computed axial tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and positron emission tomography scanning; therefore, this information that I provided for you, should inspire you to go see a psychiatrist immediately before you hurt someone or yourself!!!! God Bless you!!!!

Porn and sex addiction are rarely about sex. Sure, every breathing human walking the planet gets some kind of stimulation from looking at naked people. But this is a small part of why someone spends 4-8 hours straight obsessively looking for more pictures or movies. Porn means something more to you than just sex. What kinds of porn do you look for? This is a good indicator of why you are doing it. Here are some typical motives for looking at porn that don't have to do with sex:
Escape: Obsessively doing anything makes you forget about everything else that's going on, including feelings you may be having at the moment.
Power: Undressing 200 different women in a 6 hour session is something you can't do in the real world. This gives you the feeling you're in a special, magical world. You can have sex on demand, something most people don't have, even married people. It can make you feel special, because you can do these special things.
Anger: Looking at forbidden porn, or doing something you feel you're not supposed to be doing, is a big f' you to somebody you imagine is restricting you unnessessarily.
Reducing women to sexual objects: This may fall under the anger or fear catagory. If you are angry at or afraid of women, reducing them to sexual objects is desire-able because you get more power and control over them. Also, undressing women you don't know is kind of like violating them. And when you violate them you hurt them, expressing your anger.
Intimacy pressure relief: If you feel you'r getting too close to a woman, you can take your feelings of affection and fear and let them out on the internet, "I don't really want that girl. I'm not really in love with her. I just like sex." This thought is very comforting for someone who's afraid of intimacy.
Safety: That naked woman on the computer can't reject you. You can imagine that you can get all the warmth and excitement that a real woman can give you without the risk and all the messy complications that come with real relationships.
Feeling bad: If you have low self-esteem, doing "bad" things seems appropriate for a bad person. One of the keys to sexual addiction is the idea that there's something bad or wrong about sex. You identify with the bad or the wrong. There's nothing shameful about looking at porn. There's nothing shameful about liking to look at naked women or other people having sex. The only question you should be asking is wether or not this is what you want to be doing with your time right now.
It may take a long time to see these things. But everytime you want to look at porn, think about how you feel. Do this before, during, and after your surfing sessions. Things will become apparent to you, one little thing at a time. This problem is not the same for everyone. So you will have to find out for yourself the exact feelings and attitudes that make you want to do it.
Hope this helps you to understand what's going on.

First thing you should do, tell someone, your paren'ts would be best, but i know from experience they arent the ones you want to talk to about this. If you are religious then talk to your priest/bishop/Rabi etc... they will keep it confidential, and its not nearly as bad as you think it will be. Telling someone makes it so you have someone to check up on you, and if/when you fail he/she can help you to continue to stop. Second if/when you fail to stay clean dont beat yourself up! This is one of the hardest things to do, it will be as hard as stoping drugs, your brain is used to the sensations that pornography gives you, and it will be harder still if you masturbation went with it. But if you try your hardest you can stop, I did, and if you knew me then you would be amazed. If its possible avoid being alone, get a hobby, go out with friends, exersize etc... Just start taking the steps, chances are you will fail, but if you keep trying you will stop. Also if you are using the internet to find pornography, if possible never use the computer when you are alone, move the computer into a more open place instead of a den or confined room. Just remember that it is possible to stop and you will be able to. Hope this helps you, goodluck!

porn is common among teens. cause they are so curious about sexuality and have no one to turn to. once u get a gf u wont b so into porn. and after a while it gets boring so hpefully u grow out of it. if u want to stop watching porn, beat off in your room every night in the dark, then your not horny during the day when your home alone. thats what i do. or if you know you are going to have the chance to look at porn in the next few hours if your parents are about to leave. go in your room and beat off or something. hope this helped.

porns not bad but it is at this age. im also 14 and can kind of relate. im not addicted but i used to search for it on my tvo all the time. sometimes i caught myself trying to look for it while my parents were out there. my advise to you is maybe block the channels with porn on it so that u cannot watch it plain and simple. but if it is bad, then block the channel, and get a girlfriend. You dont have to have sex, but you can at least keep your mind on someone beautiful instead of watching some dumb old hoes getting paid to fake an orgasm, Keep your mind on something wonder ful and please, block the channel, but, some occasional porn wouldnt hurt lol.

First off arent you a little to young to even be watching that stuff? I thought sex education was the only place you could see naked people...
Well best way is to get rid off all your porn stuff and have someone squeeze lemon juice in your eyes..
