have you seen the news shows lately? you really don't want to make holding your breath underwater a contest. there is some kind of underwater blackout that can occur, and cause drowning. it was just on t.v. last night. a Mother was in the pool with her son, he kept swimming back and forth underwater, trying to beat his best time and he blacked out and drowned. she had no idea and now she has lost her son.
