Can anybody suggest which floor is better in 7 storey building, i am a bit confused on that. Factors influencing me are:-
Ground floor
1. park is almost adjacent.
2. I have a kid of 7 months so for safety purpose.
3rd Floor.
1. Will be more airy.
2. Sunlight will be more.
3. Less prone to insects as flat is at good height from park
I am looking for any other factors and suggestion for which flat should i go.

*u already have 1 extra plus pt. for the 3rd flr....... go for it !!!!
Ground flr flats do not have that much privacy , plus noise is too much and disurbance wn people go & come .....plus rodents or insects & rain water may enter !!!! etc etc .....

Ground floor - People can break in easier. People can walk past your windows in a public walk. It's nasty to have traffic outside your windows all the time. Garbage collects from common areas on your balcony area. Because your on ground floor EVERYONE entering and exiting the place will pass your floor, not only the people living on your floor as in the 3rd floor. Outside doors banging at late hours fro people coming in from parking.. Ground floor flats are no good. This is why they usually go for the lowest price

Ground floor means cars and other vehicles coming in late at night and at all odd hours - afternoons, early mornings..., adding to the pollution in the immediate vicinity and noise...after hours of struggling to put your kiddo to sleep, you don't want the honking of an overzealous driver waking him up! for safety concerns, ensure a good grill all around in the third floor flat, and make sure that the kid cant push his head through any decorative railings or grills in the balcony and get stuck (the gaps in the grills should be smaller than his head and waist).

Ground floor is better in long run as
1.You can go out twice easily with baby, as baby demands outgoing.
2. Considering old parents.
3.You can avoid insects by cleaning with phenyl and with flyproof meshes.

3rd floor, alll those reason + less noise
having park (if it's not your own) right beside of your unit isn't always fun.
3rd floor is better.

If you have no problem of floods, then the ground floor is the best.

If the apt does not have an elevator you will not have to lug your stuff up three flight of stairs if you chose the ground level.
