i dont hate it, ( i work in the NICU) but i just hate the schedules that i work like tonight, and pulling 16 hour shifts, especially when i have a 5 year old at home

You can have mine.. people call in sick all the time.. and you get a lot of over time in here. Im here tonight until 3 am.. to cover part of the person's shift while they are 'sick'

I love what i do, but I cannot stand some of the people who call themselves my bosses.
