In a van on a deserted road...in a public park after hours...in the kitchen...in a friend's bathroom...in the swimming pool....next to the Christmas tree....in the woods...in my chicken coop (unoccupied by chickens!!)...in the garage...next to the campfire...in a parking lot....etc, etc...

I sure have, and we did it with another couple driving down the highway. I'm glad it was night, and they couldn't see in the rear view mirror.
