(I don't care about luxuries -only that my husband and I will be safe. I recently heard that a lot of Russian businessmen stay at that hotel if that means anything, positive or negative.)

Dubai is a safe place and nothing to worry. Visitors from all over the world as well as many expatriates are staying here peacefully.

dubai is a very safe place .. there r allot of a great hotel 3stars but the problem is that know it's summer and usually the hotel is full .. i try to go this year but this was the problem that i had and i stay and :(
and i wish u a great stay in my fav. city dubai ^_^
