if i get a sonic erricson phone form atnt and then a new one comes, could i switch it to get that new phone?
or do i hav to wait till the ocntract ends

they will let you buy the phone under a new contract, they just will sell it to you at full price. if you were renewing a contract they would cut you a deal on the phone.

If you get a sony erricson phone and then you decide later to get another new phone then you would have to pay the full retail price of the phone with no discounts. You can wait until after your 2 year contract is up and by then you will be eligible for a discounted price once you renew your contract.
