GO get some service engineer to install the same. Then u connect the cable connection/ sattlite connection and start seeing the TV.
If you have Vista or XP then the seeing recording the programs are very easy.
So go ahead call engineer, install and enjoy.

Just plug it in on one vacant PCI slot. Also connect the card's audio output to an audio connector on the motherboard. Turn ON your PC and insert the CD driver. Follow the instructions on the screen. After the drivers are installed, connect an aerial or cable TV to the antenna connector of the card. Open the TV Tuner software on your PC. The TV controls should appear.

d step r following
1. u jst install a tuner card on u r mother board slot
2. den turn on pc
3. u jst run tuner card cd den install applicatons in it
4. after install application card need a drivers
5. dont remove cd in ur drive u jst click on next
6. after finish driver installing u plug d cable run d tuner card program giv sum setting 4 channel
plug d cable
