Is this a joint account?
If so, she has the right to access it, and you will have to change the money to a different account. If however this is a single account with only your name on it, go to the bank, cancel all the cards, and have a new one reissued only to you. Legally, as an adult, she has no say in how you manage your bank account and money. If all else fails, just withdraw all the money and keep it in cash and then open another account of your own at another bank.

Why have you not opened your own checking account ?
I opened my own at 19 . (NO mommy , NO daddy . . . MY account only )
You are out of college ,
Go to a bank you like and open your own account .
Since the other is a joint account , just withdraw your remaining $$$$ and deposit it in your new account . (or leave it for mommy if it's not too much)
Make sure Not to overdraw the account because that would be mean to mommy .
Cannot believe someone over 20 is still using the mommy account . . . OR asking mommy if they can .
OH , You have medication issues ? (your hysteria as demonstrated by your totally irrelevant and vulgar answer to the Bee Colony Collapse Disorder question indicates a chemical imbalance on your part ) .
See your doctor to have them adjusted and
It may be a good idea to let mommy keep managing the $$$$ ,
You have stability issues .

Quite simply, close the old account and open a new one without your mom. You are 18 now, any bank will be happy to give you an account and a Visa/Mastercard debit card is standard with most banks now. Even if she is your mom, her screwing with your account can mess up your credit. I had a really close friend who got a joint account with her boyfriend. He kept taking money without telling her and they kept bouncing checks. Eventually, the bank closed their account and neither one of them could get an account at any bank for a mimimum of three years. Even if she is your mom, don't let that happen to you. Protect yourself and protect your future...close that account and open a new one. If you leave the account open, she can still damage your credit. You have to close it to get your name removed, and you can do that without her being there with you and without her signature.
Hope this helps.

If you want to be treated like an adult you have to show the world - including your mom that you're an adult.
Open your own checking account. They all come with free debt cards. You don't need your mother's permission. Just do it.
You might also consider moving out of her house. That's a part of adulthood.

You have to have her request in writing to be removed, or just open a new account all together..
