I used to listen to his music a lot many many years ago, and watched a lot of his musicals, but as times changed, so did my general taste in music. So while I may listen to an occasional song of his, I'm not a diehard fan. I go for the Beetles more.
I had gone to see Star Wars for the 100th time in the theaters that day when Elvis passed away.

I like a lot of Elvis songs. I didn't like most of his movies. But his songs are great still. I was only 1 year old when he died, so he was never really there as a living performer in my lifetime, but still had a big effect on the music I heard and learned to enjoy.

I was watchıng thıs Elvıs concert thıng a few mınuetes ago ın the Bussıness Class Lounge In Istanbul ( I am goıng to sarajevo ( Yıpee!)) & ı respect hım. Hıs songs were good, but I hated hıs movıes.

My mom loves Elvis. So because of that i started to like a few of his songs and most of his movies.

He is ok. However not really my type of music.. I know people that really enjoyed his music though.

well my dad like to listen to him and that start me going...
he is great and i like few of his songs...
but i prefer cliff richard or the beatles!
