Well, I think I speak for pretty much every guy, if a woman has *one* really good attribute, then she's considered hot. But for mer, moreso than any one thing, I say a pretty face. Just today when I had lunch, there was a girl with almost no figure, but she had a cute face, so I caught myself checking her out a lot more than I probably should have, lol.
EDIT: I overlooked the "personality" option. But let's face it; looks are important. Just about anyone (at least, any woman I know) has the potential to look good. But most of the time you see an "unattractive woman", it's only because you can tell they didn't put any work into looking good. Get *that* nailed down, and you're golden, any way you look at it ^_^

Most guys look for all of it. A beautiful face and nice breasts get boring after a while when there is no personality to back them up.

It REALLY depends on the Guy... The most IMPORTANT thing- is for a girl to just BE HERSELF...-& then check to see what the guy's priorities are... Remember; you don't want to be noticed for your BODY, you want to be noticed for what you ARE- as a person. :)
