Go barefoot. Just watch out for the rocks though. Since your 49, you should be able to handle it.

...find a park bench...sit down with untied shoes in hand, wait for a skateboarder to roll by....ask said skateboarder for temporary use of skateboard and leave untied shoes as collateral...skateboard to the store and tip the manager so you can use skateboard in store....whiz by what you need to buy....go back to park and retrieve shoes, return skateboard to owner along with a box of Jr. Mints for payment to skateboard owner for use of said skateboard...
may also be implicated into use to roller blade rental...
