The stupidest person in the world is either the ones who come on this forum to ask if they're pregnant, or a pothead that goes to the police station to file a report against someone that has stolen their stash.

in severe cases of mental retardation the person has no ability to feed themselves or control their bowels and bladder. I assume that by stupid you mean a certain level of brain damage.
If you mean " normal" stupid people I assume that you mean people who strap bombs to themselves and then walk into crowded market places and blow themselves up.
