No water bill, but your electricity bill will be higher to run the well pump to bring water out of the well and into the house. Some cities include trash collection in the water bill so you should check on that in your prospective area.
Some other expenses to consider include the following. You need to know what kind of fuel your heating system, hot water heater and stove uses. If you have propane for heat then that might be about 20% more expensive than natural gas or maybe not depending on the area. Fuel oil for heat is usually less expensive than propane, but more expensive than natural gas. Electric heat, hot water and stove is the most expensive. Your high speed internet access may be more expensive or not available.

Usually not. But fixing a pump, or getting the septic flushed is not cheap. I just had to spend $1600+ for a new pump.
There are places where private wells do have water meters on them. Crazy Indian Law stuff. The local tribes are trying to do it here.
Make sure you check on the cost of repairs, how old the well is and how long since the septic has been pumped out.

Usually, if you live outside the city limits you do NOT have a water bill. If your well or septic goes, it is your expense to have them replaced or repaired or pumped, whatever the case may be.

No, you shouldn't. If your well is self sustaining, you shouldn't have a water bill. You may have maintenance costs on the septic from time to time, but no water bill.

No, unless the house is hooked up to the city water supply, there would not be a water bill.
