I was told that the elite is common because it is basically gonna become the new standard console. Is this true? I did a stock search on gamestop.com and they seem to be plentiful. Will there be a holiday shortage? Are people not buuying right now cause its "back to school" time and folks are broke?

An Elite will be more profitable. In the long run the Halo 3console will be a fad at best. The elite really is a better model.

you should flip the elite because be for you know it they will have something else and you will be stuck with a lame a** Halo 3 console i may be a girl but i am a gamer cant wait for the release in September on the25th
