*I'm sorry, I've asked this question already. I haven't gotten a reply, so I thought I'd change the category. I'd really like some ideas!*
My wonderful boyfriend and I have been together for a year this month. (Neither of us can remember our "official date," so we just picked one close!)
He's been in the state for a couple of years (he was in the Marines for 5), and has never had a relationship last this long.
I know it's "our" anniversary, but I want to make it really special for him, considering the circumstances.
We've done the bed and breakfast thing, so that's out for now.
Any suggestions?
I'd like to hear gift ideas, too!

I'll specify, then. We live in TX, and we don't have a full weekend to celebrate. We plan on staying in state. Nothing too extravagant or exceptionally expensive (although we have money to spend.)
I'd just like some creative ideas to go on. You can always modify things to suit your own taste.

I have no idea where you live and what $$ you are willing to spend..
Vegas is always fun and can be very Romantic.
As far as gifts go, a picture of the two of you framed.
