Is there a job in Houston for anyone with a new economics degree?

For young college graduate with bachelors degree in economics major. Typical college work experience. Worked in outdoor construction type job, waitors jobs, etc...

Probably. Go to the University of Houston and see if the Economics Department, has a bulletin board with job postings. Go to an employment agency.
