Are black people genetically more moral than white people.?

This is more of a philosophical question. The reason I asked this question was to find out peoples opinions on what would have happened if Africans had gone into Europe and the Americas. Would they have colonized it the way Europeans did or would they do something different. Would Africans abuse their power? Or are Africans genetically more moral and peaceful? If colonization and slavery would the resulting new Race of American-Africans and European-Africans resent there African roots or there European Roots?

Morality and genetics have no relationship with one another.

There is no connection between the genes that cause skin color and genes that affect personality, intelligence, or ability. The genes that cause our physical appearance account for less than 1/10th of a percent of our genetic makeup.

Stereotypes are a sociological phenomenon and occur purely in our own minds. A figment of our collective imaginations. People do what they are expected to do. There are different expectations in different cultures and in different social niches. Morality falls into this category. Every culture develops social norms and has a different perception of morality.

Europeans colonized because Europe has a more individualistic culture rather than a collective culture. In other words individual achievement is more important the benefit of the group. In tribal societies there is no emphasis on personal achievement, and sometimes no concept of 'property'.

You see the African culture changing after the arrival of Europeans. There were changes in the behavior of Native American culture after colonization. There is resentment and maladaptation. This doesn't mean there are inherent genetic defects in the people themselves. Its a pattern that repeats and can linger for centuries whenever there is an occupying force.

You cannot generalize about a whole culture of people being more moral. It seems sitting on here on any given day on yahoo we would come to the conclusion that that statement is true as morally there seems to be a deeper troubling problem with whites and racism on yahoo. Is this America today? If so America is in alot of trouble.

That's kind of a tough one. I would say it would depend on the nation. I know Egyptians enslaved the Jews. I know some of the sub-Saharan countries also enslaved their own people or sent them to Arab nations to be slaves.

In my opinion South Africans of "black" heritage are more peaceful, but this could be a result of the trials they have gone through.

I don't know if they would have gone about it the same way, but I imagine that you would also have to reverse the industrial/technology aspect as well (to continue with the shoe on the other foot perspective).

You're forgetting about all the trouble and chaos that's going on in Africa as we speak.
Darfur
Blood diamonds
Widespread poverty
Widespread Illiteracy
Famine
Oppressive governments
Uncivilized land where people are dying and 30 is considered elderly
etc.
etc.

No, I believe things would be different, yes. But better? I don't know about that...maybe, maybe not. Who's to say?

well it's not genetically moral, it's culturally more moral. but anyway. I don't think so.

I am not sure how to answer your question, but think of imperialism through the eye of a European. Lots of them thought that it was their God-given duty to bring "civilization" and Christianity to Africa, Asia, the Americas, etc.
Even Muslims believe that those who die in Holy Wars have special thanks in Heaven.

You also have to realize that the morals have to do a lot with religion.

Actually you know what, they probably didn't think they were doing anything wrong because of racism. Anyway. Yeah. Nevermind.

Don't forget that neighboring, rival tribes sold out "fellow" Africans into slavery and had wars against each other.

However, perhaps the circumstances which have occurred in history have done things to influence the morals of one socio-economic class or another.
