Former successful manager who turned into
a federation owner.Turned the Eastern
Championship Wrestling into a successful
Extreme Championship Wrestling. Had the
mind to almost replace the WCW as the other one of the "Big Two."Despite talent such as Taz,The Dudley Boyz & the late Mike Awesome leaving the real ECW, had
the guts to keep on going.Building new stars
and was successful, for a while. Then Vinnie,
realizing he might have new competition,
offered Paul an offer he couldn't refuse.
Being in debt millions of dollars helped him
with his decision.
