As suggested by the other writer you probably can submit a letter to that union office and they hopefully will sent it to that person. Have you tried calling that union office and asked to speak to that person? Do that person work at that office or are they just a member? Because if they are just a member, I doubt that they will give out any information. Once again, privacy act law.
