Is Neo-Conservatism a form of Leftism?

Look at some of the evidence. Most of the Neo-Cons used to be Trotskyite Communists. The Neo-Cons believe in Woodrow Wilson's doctrine of "making the world safe for Democracy." The Neo-Cons believe in the same version of history as the left and repeated the same criticisms against Thomas Woods' bestseller "The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History" as the leftists did. The Neo-Cons admire Franklin Roosevelt and support the policies of LBJ (for example, they've started an Iraq War reminiscent of Vietnam and have expanded welfare more than any administration since LBJ; they also have doubled the size of the LBJ Department of Education).

Is the evidence correct that the Neo-Cons are actually a group from the far-left which has taken over the Republican party and the United States of America?

You are right to an extent, it did start out that way. Then in the 1970's things changed and it became a far Right philosophy.

The NeoCons are the offspring of the marriage of the Christian Right to the Conservatives. While they mouth the phrases of Conservatism, they spend money wildly, because the truth is, they expect the Second Coming any day now, so feel that this world doesn't matter and that any behavior is excusable if it results in their religious goal, which is returning Biblical lands to Israel and thus bringing their interpretation of Revelations to fruition in the Rapture. This is the Evangelical belief. Our president is Evangelical.

They view all Liberals as extremely sinful and consider themselves morally superior, even though the newspaper headlines prove otherwise.

Somewhat yes.
They lean toward an extreme left agenda, but use extreme right-wing tactics to achieve them, such as denouncing anything liberal as communist/socialist, while they push an even more extreme agenda.
Hard to visualize I know, but think of the political spectrum as a donut, instead of a straight line, with neocons separating the extreme left from the extreme right.
how best to describe it, I really do not know, other than to say there is very little difference between the authoritarian right, and the authoritarian left.
