On my knee there is this little speckle of blue.
I have no idea what it is!
I tried to poke it with a needle just now to see if it would come out but nothing!
It's about the size of this " . "
can you please tell me what it is?

i've had this for about a year now. and again IT WONT COME OUT! It hurts a little and it feels hard.
is it blood?
I heard that blood is blue untill it gets into the oxygen

also the dot isn't that small. it just looked big to me because i was just typing it.
the blue speck is about 3 or 4 of those dots.

Yeah... it's like a little blue... discoloration.... I'd have that checked out if I were you.... and the doctor will say: "I don't know what it is... we'll have to take a biopsy...", and of course you'll go back to your friend's apartment and say the doctor should have said: "CANCER? GET OUTTA HERE!"...
But as a comic in all seriousness... if you are concerned, just go see your GP and perhaps ask for a reference to see a dermatologist... ask for Dr. Pimplepopper....

I think it's fairy dust, or glitter off a birthday card, more likely the second one ey!, first idea was lovely though.

could be the start of a spider vein. but i couldnt tell ya withour seeing. Consult a physician.

If you had it for a year it's probably just a blood vessel, don't poke it with anything, it could become infected.
