Just wanted to add to the very good answers above that Nùmenoreans used to live much longer than ordinary men, and so Aragorn age is not extraordinary for a man of his lineage. In fact, he lives a "long life" for the post-numenorean standards of the Third Era, but his ancestors would have considered his life-span as perfectly normal.

Aragorn is a Dunedain, a race of mankind that lives longer than others of their kind. The Dunedain are themselves descended from the Numenoreans who survived the destruction of their island kingdom. To make matter more intresting, Aragorn is descended from the first king of Numenor, Elros Tar-Minyatur, who just happened to be the brother to Elrond Half-Elven who chose a mortal life.

as the heir of Isildur, son of Elendil High King of of the Numenorean realm in exile, Aragorn was the son of Arathorn, Chieftain of the Dunedain destin to live life greater than the measure of men. Got this all from Appendix A in a couple of places.

No - he was man.

He died at the age of 210, after 120 years as king. He was succeeded on the throne by his son, Eldarion. Arwen, gravely saddened by the loss of her husband, gave up her now mortal life shortly afterwards.

He lived that long because in Lothlorien, he was known to Galadriel, the Lady of the Golden Wood. On their departure, Galadriel gave Aragorn a green stone set in a silver, eagle-shaped brooch that had been left for him by Arwen. It was the Elessar, or Elfstone, and this was the name by which Aragorn would be known as King.
