I am a male 18 yrs old will turn 19 in a month, currently at 5'11 and 3/4" and 156lbs. My Mom is about 5'5" and Dad 5'11" Never really had a big growth spurt just grew an inch or two every year. At the age of 13 was 5'8", 14 was 5'9" and 15 5'10" but at the age of of 17 I sorta stopped growing maybe just half or a quarter inch. My ideal height would be 6'1"or 6'2", any tips on how to push up an inch or two or am I done growing.

Well it is certainly possible that you will grown a few more inches, i don't think you will grow much more though. It's likely that you will reach 6'1 or 6'2 but i don't think you will get much taller then that. Drink milk. It's full of calcium, and calcium is good for growing. If you have a good diet then you will probably continue to grow until you are about 21.

not likely you will grow much more. What does it matter anyway!!!! You are taller then most women and many men, be happy with what God and genetics gave you!

it all depends on your genes... when you stop growing, you stop growing but as of now young adults 18 and above stop growing rapidly, instead they begin to grow facial hair just to name a few......
