No... I don't believe that ANYONE thinks they can make the playoffs this year.
Why doesn't anyone think they will make the playoffs? I think that is based on their record, the number of teams ahead of them, the number of games remaining in the season, and of course the talent on the roster (both offensively and the pitching staff).

Maybe Because the BREWERS CUBS and DODGERS are Playing Terrible However the CARDINALS are Doing Better this year then ASTROS Will fall short Again.

Anything is possible, but there are too many teams ahead of them, they would have to rely on other teams beating them. That seems too hard. They dont exactly have the greatest record against their division either, so that makes it harder. So i would have to say no they wont make it this year.
