Yes I have eaten pilipino dish and cajun style cooking ,it taste like chicken to me. I have not tried fried frog legs dip into bb sauce yet ,I bet it is good.

I ate fried frog legs it tasted like fried chicken to me. I didn't do anything but season them with salt, pepper & a little hot sauce. VERY TASTY!!

I'm Chinese and I've seen it boiled in soup. I personally haven't tried it, but I guess it adds flavoring to the soup.

My friend did when our science club was coming back from Alabama. we stopped at a Western Sizzilin and my other friend offered us some im like ew no so she ate them and said they tasted like chicken......gross!
