They each have a plug that one end goes to the blacklight and one end goes to the wall.I want to cut off the end that goes to the wall on 5 of them, and connect them positive to negative on all except 2.The last two I would connect 1 of them to a positive wire and 1 to a negative wire and plug it to the wall is this right.I mean connect them togehther like a ring the first one I would connect the postive to the wall and the negative to the positive on te next one until theyre all connected an the last one would go negative to the wall and positve from the other light.

no, this is wrong. you want to cut off all of the plugs. then, get a new 16 awg plug from your local hardware store. positive to negative will cause each light to receive 1/5 the power it should get. you basically want to connect all 5 of the positives together with the positive wire of the new plug(you need the new plug because the setup will draw 5 times the amps) then connect all of the negative wires with the new negative wire. tape it up with some electrical tape and you should be good to go.

This would be a series connection. It will not work. If they were incandescent lights they would all just be dim. Blacklights have a ballast like all fluorescent lights. They will not be able to start. You will need to wire them in parallel.
