Kay, I feel your pain.
When I was in high school I had chest pains and couldn't walk for almost a week before I gave up and went to the ER.
There was no clear diagnosis of what I had (or still have) so I'm not quite sure what to tell you might be wrong with you besides to go to the doc. However, at the time my bra size was about a 38C and I continue to have chest pains and it's now at a 44DD, (my back hurts sometimes too).
This might be whats wrong with you (a hefty bust), or it could be stress (a muscle condition was what I was told when I went to the ER), or some other problems.
It's best to go to the doc, but I hope this helps.

I was 23 when I started having really bad chest pain out of the blue. I was scared that it could be all sorts of awful things - a heart murmur (my mom has one), angina/heart problems, some sort of weird infection, etc.
After 3 or so hours of medical tests at the health center at my grad school, the verdict was.... Acid Reflux! Funny thing was, I had never had it before, never even had heartburn, and it wasn't triggered by any particular food - it just came and went as it pleased, being bad one moment, and gone the next.
After a few months on Zantac and Gaviscon, I weaned myself off and low and behold, the acid reflux/chest pain was gone! In the end the doctor told me that it must have been brought on by some sort of virus.
Before you even go see a doctor, try some of the heartburn chewable pills at the drugstore, like Gaviscon or something. It might help. But if it keeps bothering you, and definitely if it gets worse, go see a doctor.

You need to talk to your parents about your chest pain. It may be caused from stress, heartburn or other medical problems. You need to see a doctor so he can examine you, run some tests and take x-rays to see what is causing your pain. You need to do this very soon. I had severe chest pain and ended up in the hospital from a stress attack so don't wait too long to see your doctor. So far I have had 2 stress attacks and it wasn't much fun. If you have lots of stress at home and aren't able to talk to your parents, go see your family doctor, if you don't have one you can go to a local health clinic or the emergency room. They can't turn you away if you don't have insurance so don't be afraid to go. Your health is at stake so don't wait too long. Women have different types of heart attack pain than men do and chest pains along with arm numbness and stomach ache are a couple of them. The doctor will be able to tell you what your pain is from much better than self guessing.

You need to tell your parents & have them call your doc. & talk to the advice nurse. You might need to be taken to the hospital. It could a variety of things but the only way you will find out is to go for a check-up.
