Short answer, yes. But not easily if you have it set up properly. Also much, much harder to see what you're doing if you're connected to a secure site (https://) such as banking or credit card transactions

regardless of how secure you are there is always a way to see what you are doing online. ISP's keep logs of activity for legal purposes, many govt org. have access to monitor internet activity, and of course there are hackers that can get in if they really want to. best bet is to make sure it is as difficult as possible by ensuring your router is configured correctly with firewall settings, that your laptop has all the latest security updates, you have antivirus and antispyware installed and so on....

no i dont think an avarage person would know what ur doing, but hackers have ways to put trackers on ur computer
