I listened again to both artists and I think each rendition makes it a different song. Both are good songs and for different reasons and images. I love Van Morrison and always will he is such a creative artist. I vote for Poco because it is always great to hear on the radio and when it plays it's like hitting the music jackpot. Lot's of fun memories flood back every time I hear it...so for me Poco is a better fit! I love your question though.
