Before you call auto glass store call the junk yards in you area. They will take it out of the junker you pay like $50 maybe a little more depending on where you are. Then call places and tell them you have the glass and see how much it will cost to just install. I got mine done that way total cost was $100.00

Turn it in to your insurance company and then you'll only have to pay the deductible. In KY all windshields are zero deductible no matter how much deductible you have on your insurance.
Finally, call one of the auto glass stores in your area and get a quote from several of them. Then you will have a good answer to your question.

matter were you live.here in the east coast (wash/Baltimore) it could cost 2 or 5 hundred dollars
