internet is working fine but not browsers?

Question

my internet is working fine. i can you aol and aol explorer but not internet explorer or firefox. how do i fix this. its be going on for like 2 weeks now

For firefox....Ctrl/alt/delete.....click on processes, and click firefox.exe....then click yes, try and reopening the browser

If firefox.exe isn't there, I can't help you.
