You can't. I mean, some of the free software, you could download real easily, but you wouldn't be able to use it.

Ewww! Why would you want to pollute your PC with Macintrash sh!t? Quicktime and Itunes are probably the most usable, but they both suck. The PC substitutes are much more effective.
