I don't really watch anymore since he comes on at 10. Personally I think he's okay. Sometimes he's good but other times he seems hypocritical. Like he has that weight loss plan thingy, he looks like he needs to follow his own advice.

LOL... yes, hypocritical is the word...
He is just so pompous - nothing like Oprah at all. I still can't understand why she thought he was so great.
He always talks about family problems that he has no real experience with.
He CANNOT heal a drug addict.
He CANNOT get rid of debt.
He CANNOT make a woman recover from years of abuse in half an hour.
People who watch him need to understand the limits of what a Texas millionaire can do on their show.

I used to hate it, then i found out - he's surely kinda clever. and that i admire the advice he provides. hiya - if it wasn't for Dr. Phil i could probable nonetheless be residing with my boyfriend.

I believe with all my heart that Dr.Phil is a well mannered man who only has other peoples best intrest at heart. Yeah, of course during the shows he will add his personal opinion..everyone does it. but mostly he gives advice to help people understand themselfs better and grow as people. As you watch the show you learn the number of people that have changed/evolved because of his help. He is an extradionary man!

A G R E E...but when he first came on he had a different type talk show...now he's the same as all the other talk show guru's....boring and passe...enough with all the talk shows and enough with all those PHONY reality shows..there all put ons.....beam me up scottie
