Greatly caring for someone/thing, so much so that you would lay your life down for them/it, It makes you want to be a better person and having compassion,respect,sympathy and being supportive at the same time. A knowledge that the person or thing has touched your heart and soul and makes a mark that will last throughout time.

a hug from a chubby armed child....waking up knowing you are where you should be with the people that love you most even when you are at your worst

Its a commitment...sometimes you'll dislike that person, sometimes you'll consider bodily harm, but in the end, you stay and you work it out because you are committed. It isn't a gushy feeling, it isn't butterflies in your stomach...its a dedication and a promise in addition to those thing.

i think it's a true and spontaneous admiration for the simple and basic things about someone else. like their personality; things they didn't really have to try to achieve but that make them who they are as an individual.
