The President of the Philippines is doing the best possible job that can be done during this period.
I wish the Philippines would have been given Statehood or had become a territory like Puerto Rico, Many Filipinos are proud and pro-USA, They are a great people.

President Arroyo was not able to deliver all that she promised in all of the State of the Nation Addresses that she made since she assumed as President except for the awards of Filipinos in international competitions that were attained through the individual feats of Noypis.
