The laws do not make any special distinction between operating a motorcycle or a Mercedes Benz automobile. The Law applies equally to the operator of either motor vehicle.

Generally alcohol in a human body can't drive a motorcycle. It might work if you put it in the fuel tank.
The legal BAC in this country is less than 0.05%.

Depends on where you are, obviously. You should know that. My choice would be zero. That's not really a good combination. The reason people ride is for the sensory enjoyment of it, and alcohol dulls the senses.

Depending on the State you live in. Some allow more than others. But be honest with your self do you really want to ride a bike after drinking. Appears to me that it may be foolish.

how about none. the bottle to throttle rule applies here 24 hours before operating any mode of transport, anything from aircraft to yes even a golf cart. and if you hit me or mine the law will be the least of your or your family's worries. eye for eye soul for soul .

IT would be the same level as for a car, which varies by state. I think the highest I know of is .10. There is zero tolerance for anyone underage.
