What is a Conservative and a Liberal?

Here is part of my revolution!
Like Che Guevara, Fidel Castro (the way he was at first), Huey Newton, Dr. Bill Cosby, Tupac and his mother Afeni Shakur and more greats in recent times.
Ronald Reagan is the devil
The government is lying about 911 and AIDS
and not many people know about the Tuskegee Syphillis Experiments the government covers up a lot!
I WANT to END Welfare and replace it with CCC and work programs that will save the government money and make everybody earn their checks.
Get welfare people to also do "the work Americans won't do" and keep these jobs unavailible to illegals.
Put Food and medical fields under strict government control so they can stop getting rich and we will all have access to good health care and prescription drugs.
Stop blamming "the man" for our problems and rise above adversity. No more races just Americans. When people ask if we are black, white ot whatever we will say American!!!!

You're not conflicted.
You're contradictory. HOW can you make the listed statements. They are not only inconsistent, the are disjointed and with no explanation as to how you made those decisions. They come across as the ramblings of a nut.
A conservative is one who conserves.
They conserve resources. A conservative USES resources but doesn't WASTE them.
They conserve the ideals stated in the Constitution. Not, I didn't say PRESERVE because preservation implies never changing even if needed.
A conservative is NOT afraid of change but refuses to just change things for the sake of change . All changes are well thought out.
If something requires preservation, put it in a museum.
A Liberal on the other hand will change just because some crafty salesman gives him some specious argument that gets him all emotional.
A Liberal will ruin anything and everything because he can't recognize what is correct. All decisions are based on EMOTIONAL REACTION, not thought.

A conservative is someone who wants to protect what they have. A liberal wants to make changes to make things better.
