If the clothes can be machine washed, and the stain is fresh you can blot off the excess and rub some laundry detergent in to the spot. and wash as normal.

Repete the steps untill the spot is gone, but make sure the spot is gone before putting in the dryer.

spray with a good stain remover and wash as usual.
