the quantity of water got here across is not often what all of us could evaluate an "abundance". And water on a moon or planet does not directly mean that existence exists there. existence as all of us recognize it in the international demands different issues (consisting of air, potential, food, etc.) which at the instant are not present day on the moon.

No, I don't believe humans should be messing with the moon. We've already screwed up earth and polluted it, why do it to another gorgeous planet.
I'm quite happy marvelling at the moon from afar and keeping that sense of wonder there
