What about the memory... like the files could i transfer those... thats only 2 gb.

If you mean your whole hard drive including programs, operating system and data; I doubt it would fit even if they used imaging software.

An image would have to be made and copied to a CD or DVD depending on the size of the image file. If they do this ask the to make it bootable and auto loading. This will allow you to reload your system to the way it was when the image was made.

Depends on the size of your hard drive and the size of your flash drive. You can back up your HD to a flash drive...or at least what will fit. However, know that many programs won't run from the flash drive.

not your entire hard drive. flash drives don't have that much memory in comparison to hard drive (2 gb vs prob. 40 gb). unless you have a comp from 1995.
