1) I-95 to Route 3 to the Lowell Connector
2) I-95 to I-93 to I-495 to Route 133 (Andover St)
3) I-95 to I-93 to I-495 to Route 38 (Main St)
4) I-95 to I-93 to I-495 to the Lowell Connector

Quickest would be I-95 to Rt 3. Depends on where your going in Lowell if you need to take the Lowell connector or continue up Rt3 to the Drum Hill rotary (exit off Rt3). If your going to Tsongas arena, take the Lowell connector.

Sort of depends on time of day too. Rt3 = parking lot going northbound during the evening rush hour, but then so is I93.

Under no circumstance is 133 or 38 quicker, maybe shorter as the crow flies.

Use mapquest. It gives you the best rode to take and even estimates how much time it will take to get there.
