Answer about water is good.

Try buying an electric high speed type juicer. Juiceman etc.. use about a pound of carrots and a half of a beet..Do not use more than 1 medium or small beet . You'll be walking on the ceiling. ..Juice them and drink before work.. It wont last more than a half an hour.. it turns brown because it is alive with enzimes.. Then juice oranges and fresh strawberries together. Leave the green tops on the strawberries. Take it with you to work.. do it when you get tired...

Consider doing a colon cleanse ask them at the health food store.. This is long term solution.. There is 5 to 20 lbs or more of mucus blocking your colon... read about it. look at the pictures.. vitamins cant get thru to your blood stream..

Read about properly combined foods. The american hamburger is the worst. Basically dont mix meat or protein with carbohydrates. Ok individually but when you mix them it takes all the bodies energy to digest them. You won't believe how much energy you will gain if you just do this on a regular basis.

Yeah I sympathize with you here, I work in a factory to. Best thing to do is to get your sleep at night, drink lot's of water and eat well. When you have to stand in the same spot for long periods of time try to shift feet every once in awhile, lift your one foot off the floor and move your foot in circles to keep the blood flowing good, and on your break make sure you elevate your feet if possible. Swimming is a great help on the side for exercise if you can join a gym or go to the beach or pool.

You can take B 12 vitamins and I also drink energy drinks Sobe Essentials is the best. I was also deficient in vitamin D3 and my DR. said that can add to fatigue as well as muscle aches and pains and I have felt better since my Vitamin D level increased. I take 3 a day at 1000 I.U. You can drink caffeine too but you have to be careful because if you drink it too late then you won't sleep well at night either.

Is it really hot where you stand to work? If it is this can drain your energy, you may need to eat healthier food too, Fast food is not the best thing to eat all the time! And maybe you should talk it over with your Dr. it could be something else...maybe you should check it out soon OK! Good Luck!

Be sure and keep yourself hydrated with water. Not taking in enough water, especially when you have been sweating a lot of that water out, can lead to extreme tiredness. Can you keep a bottle of water close by? Also, make it a point to drink plenty of water even when you are not at work. Increasing your water intake may not cure the problem, but it will certainly helpalleviate some of the weariness.
