the stuff you learn in college, do you actually remember it?

If I study for exams I learn all the info and that's fine, but then as soon as I've done my exam *kapoof* it's gone! e.g. i'm studying psychology and did a module on forensic psych, and i just read a question about psychopaths. if i looked at my notes i could answer it in detail, but am i supposed to know it off the top of my head? is this the point of college?

I am in first year college, I don't forget it easily because I enjoy my studies. It would be impossible to remember "all" what you have learned from college. But just make sure that the number of the things you can still remember greatly outnumbers the things you have forgotten.

In my case, my course is about computers which means that i need to study new stuff even if i am already finish in college since technology changes and improves fast.

its really the whole experience that is teaching you something. actually, if your teacher is good you will remember something about something. like in one of my psych class i remember this one story about a man who had a pipe go through his skull but he lived, but also his attitude changed because of this experience.
